E.V.P. forwards all offers directly to our clients. E.V.P. allows clients to negotiate the sale or rental of their property without taking any commissions or brokerage fees. E.V.P. does not provide real estate services, but can refer owners to licensed closing agents if requested. The client understands that they are paying for ninety (90) days of marketing and advertising on our website and social media campaigns.
